mybdix Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mybdix platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause below.
18+ Age Requirement
mybdix is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered mybdix account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure along with forfeiture of any associated balance.
Fair Play Obligation
All players must engage with mybdix games and betting markets honestly and in good faith. Any form of fraud, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is a breach of these Terms.
Taka Transactions Only
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on mybdix are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific offer terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.
English Governs
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text.
Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mybdix ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mybdix website at https://mybdix.vip and all associated products, services, features, and content.
By accessing the mybdix website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are supplemented by the mybdix Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
mybdix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Section 2
Account Registration & Eligibility
To register a player account on mybdix, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. mybdix strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address.
- You must not already hold an existing mybdix account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
- You must not have previously had a mybdix account closed or suspended for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by mybdix or any affiliated platform.
mybdix reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine security review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mybdix immediately by emailing [email protected].
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on mybdix are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following supported mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. mybdix does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit cards, debit cards, or bank wire transfers.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to the player account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the relevant mobile wallet provider. mybdix does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. mybdix reserves the right to extend the processing window in exceptional circumstances, such as system maintenance or heightened security review periods. Withdrawals will only be processed to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the mybdix account holder.
Withdrawal Conditions: mybdix may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending identity verification, completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or completion of an account security review. Funds originating from fraudulent or disputed transactions will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
- Withdrawals to a different mobile wallet number than the one used for the most recent deposit may be subject to additional verification.
- mybdix reserves the right to request a withdrawal be returned to source in circumstances where regulatory or fraud controls require it.
- Players are responsible for ensuring their mobile wallet account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. mybdix accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrectly entered wallet details.
mybdix does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited to a mybdix account must originate from a mobile wallet registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be refunded and the account flagged for review.
Section 4
Bonus & Promotions Policy
mybdix offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus rules below and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; any unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
Eligible Games: Not all games on the mybdix platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% and live casino games contribute at a lower rate. Sports betting contributions will be specified per promotion.
- A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent attempts to claim the welcome bonus via a new account or by other means constitute bonus abuse.
- mybdix reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is identified.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal process.
- mybdix may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to eligible players.
Section 5
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued access to mybdix, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by the following obligations and prohibitions at all times:
You must:
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify mybdix immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Notify [email protected] promptly if any registered details change.
- Use mybdix solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
- Accept the outcome of all settled bets and casino game rounds as final, subject only to a formal dispute submitted through the mybdix support process.
- Engage with the mybdix responsible gaming tools proactively if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming a concern.
You must not:
- Open more than one mybdix account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
- Use any software, bot, script, spider, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or interferes with normal platform operation.
- Exploit any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with markets offered on mybdix.
- Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
- Engage in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Abuse, threaten, or harass mybdix staff or other players through any communication channel.
Breach of any obligation or prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Section 6
Game Rules & Betting Rules
Each game and betting market available on the mybdix platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. These individual game and market rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating.
Slots and Casino Games: All slot and casino game outcomes on mybdix are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game provider. mybdix does not modify, interfere with, or override game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panels.
Live Casino: Live casino games are delivered in real time via streaming from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified live game providers. The rules governing each live table are those of the respective game provider and are displayed on screen throughout the session. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome — if it has been determined by the provider's system — will stand.
Sports Betting and Cricket: All sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, ECB, FIFA). mybdix reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the integrity of the result is in question.
- Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at the discretion of mybdix and are subject to the current in-play odds at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the platform's system.
- mybdix reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market at any time and without advance notice.
- Any bet placed using funds derived from a technical error or an unauthorised bonus will be voided.
- Settled bets will not be reversed unless a clear and demonstrable error in settlement is identified. Disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of settlement.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
mybdix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
- Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain unfair advantage.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, subject to successful identity verification.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. mybdix will notify the account holder by email at least 30 days before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. mybdix will not charge dormancy fees on an account that has been self-excluded or closed at the player's request.
Closure for Cause: Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, mybdix reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, whether real money or bonus funds. mybdix will provide a written explanation of the closure reason to the player's registered email address.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
mybdix provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mybdix makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
mybdix shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to access, the mybdix platform or any of its features.
- Any delay, interruption, or suspension of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
- Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance arising from technical malfunctions, cyberattacks, or errors in third-party payment systems (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay).
- Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mybdix's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by mybdix's own wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
In all other cases, mybdix's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mybdix account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 9
Privacy & Data Use
mybdix collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the mybdix Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by mybdix includes, but is not limited to: your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, gameplay history, and transaction records. This data is used to operate and secure your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.
mybdix does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game providers, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and meet legal requirements.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by mybdix, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected]. mybdix will respond to verified data requests within 30 days.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
mybdix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, mybdix will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered email address before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the mybdix Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 above.
